I’m wondering do we have any symbolism in Liberia that represents duality? Like how the Chinese have the Ying & Yang symbol?
I am working on a project and would love to showcase our culture by incorporating something unique to Liberia. Please let me know.

The kola nut, which has two parts, can be viewed as the equivalence of the Ying and Yang. Ying and Yang represent complementarity or demonstrate how opposites complement each other; these opposites are paradoxical, meaning these opposites contradict each other without being in opposition. The kola not represents the human and the divine when used in religious ceremonies and the gender and family balance when used in wedding ceremonies.
