It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that the Byrd family announce the sudden home-going of their beloved mother, sister, aunty, niece, grandmother, cousin and friend, DELLA G. BYRD. Della Byrd gained her wings on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, PA.
Born in Monrovia, Liberia in 1954, Della was a Christian and lived a life of family, hard work, charity, and philanthropy. She is survived by her beloved sister and brother, Leona Byrd-Brandy and Victor Byrd Jr., her children, Momo Johnson Jr., Dee Johnson, Emmanuel Early and Belloh Tweh, grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, aunties, cousins, and friends.
