It is with deep sorrow that the Akoiwala, Clement and the entire Digenmai families announce the homegoing of our beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, MAWOLO D. AKOIWALA. This sad event took place on August 11th, 2022, in Duazon, Liberia, at the home of his nephew, Corvah Chea, surrounded by loved ones. Mawolo Akoiwala was born in Suakoko, Bong County, Liberia.
Mawolo is predeceased by his fathers, Woiwor D. Akoiwala (biological) and Johnson Baysah (uncle), his mothers, Torlo Kormasa Akoiwala, Mary Clement (biological) of Suakoko, and Ma Hawa Baysah (aunt). He leaves to mourn his passing, his Son, Mawolo “GodGift” Akoiwala, his brother Corvah D. Akoiwala (Dorothy), sisters, Elaine Korlu William (Darlington), Sao Akoiwala (Dennis), Korzu Freeman (Maxwell), Maima Akoiwala-Korti, uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and other relatives of the Digenmai and Clement families in the USA, Liberia and other parts of the world.
