The Brisbane, Railey, Scott, Nance, Vance, Parker, Holder and Gould Families are saddened to announce the homegoing of a wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, niece and cousin,

Mrs. Ethel Tonia Railey Brisbane.  This sad event occurred on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota, USA.

She leaves to mourn her loss: her husband, Mr. Edwin Boye Brisbane, children; Edwin Shayeah B. Brisbane Jr. (Facia), Bijou Frances Brisbane and Johnny Tidoe Tay (Alice). She is also survived by her aunt; Mrs.  Bleatea Lucy Scott, uncles; Mr. Amos Z. Mahsua, Mr. Lewis Howard and Mr. Lincoln Railey; sister, Mikie Wymon and brother, Mr. Henry Gould, several other sisters, brothers, cousins, relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents, Mr. Edward Ishmael Railey, Mother Lucia Fatu Scott and son, Tiny Logan.
