Ms. Charlesetta Geneva Dillon

The Dillon, Dennis, Clarke, Reeves and Diggs Families regret to announce the passing of their mother, grandmother, aunt, sibling, cousin, and friend, Ms. Charlesetta Geneva Dillon. Affectionately called Tia, Titi Child, Charlese and Charley by those that loved her.

She was born to the union of the late Mr. David Wellington Dillon Sr., a Liberian Attorney and Mrs. Jessina Clarke Dillon on March 30, 1929.

This sad event occurred at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland on February 4th, 2021. She is predeceased by her father: Mr. David Wellington Dillon Sr. Mother: Mrs. Jessina Clarke Dillon. Son: James Cooper aka Boy Blue. One sister: Ruth Dillon. Three brothers: Edmund Dillon aka Boy Dillon, David Dillon Jr. aka David boy, and Lance Dillon. One niece: Wilhelmina Dillon. Sister-in-Law: Caroline Dillon

She leaves to mourn her loss, celebrate her life, and cherish her memories, two (2) sons: Hewitt Dennis (Joyce Wallace-Dennis) and Prince Dennis. Grandchildren: Iman Dennis, Kulah Dennis and Jubile Dennis. One sister: Ann Bright (Rameses Bright). Nieces: Olabise Williams, Renee Forbes, Sondia Bright, Kiya Dillon, Jacqueline Dillon, Amanda Dillon, and Charlesetta Dillon. Nephews: Wellington Dillon, Mozart Dennis, Cyril Bright, Lance Dillon Jr, Zangar Dillon, Nestella Dillon, Otis Dillon, and Danbor Dillon. Sister-in-Laws: Ruth Dillon and Florence Dillon. Eldest first cousins: Ethel Bernard and Cecilia Massaqoui along with many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in America and Liberia.

Due to the pandemic, attendance for the funeral is restricted to family and close friends.
CDC GUIDELINES WILL BE FULLY OBSERVED.
