
The Smith, Tarr and Gbaa Family announces with tremendous sorrow and humbling acceptance of God’s will, the home-going of our dear daughter, mother, sister, aunty, and friend, Ms. Lydia Smith. Lydia transitioned on the morning of , September 7, 2022, in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
She leaves to cherish her memories, celebrate her life, and legacy, her son, Emmanuel Neo Wheagar; her mother, Mary Tarr Smith, her father, Joe Smith Sr.; her siblings Minee Smith- Railey (Clarence S. Railey) Mabon Smith-Gee (Reggie Gee) Naomi Smith-Nyesuah (Dickson Nyesuah) Joe Smith Jr; (Ruth) Magdalene Smith-Martol( Daniel Martol) George Papay Smith (Albertine) and Tarr Kasay Smith (Catherine Kasay) Jerry Smith (Viola Badio-Smith) Henrietta Appolo Smith, Comfort Tarr.
May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in perfect peace until that great resurrection morning.
