It is with profound sadness that the Bright and Phillips families announce the homegoing of our beloved Rosel M. Bright. Rosel transitioned on June 17, 2022, in Houston, TX.

Rosel was the daughter of the late Dr. Cyril A. May her soul rest peacefully and her light remain in our hearts and minds forever.
