She was predeceased by her husband Samuel Boston Griffiths Sr., her parents Julius Caesar Johns and Esther Ethel Blake Johns, her sisters, Juliette Johns, Maude Fredericka Johns (Teta), Esther Johns, Irene Johns and Ethel Johns, her brothers, Walter Johns, Wesley M. Johns (Mop), Julius C. Johns, William Johns and Moses K. Yangbe. She is survived by her children – Remmie Juwle, Esther Neufville, Lorraine Griffiths, Patricia Sayeh (Anthony), Kathryn Walker (Richard), Samuel Boston Griffiths Jr. (Hannah Rue), Musu Griffiths, Sheila Griffiths, Samuel Griffiths, Prince Griffiths, Princess Griffiths and Henry Griffiths, 21 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, two sisters, Sarah Tejan and Eva Haynes, several nieces and nephews, cousins and close friends.
